One workflow catches cancels and no-shows whether the calendar or the pipeline is updated. It pulls the contact out of every reminder workflow, moves the opportunity, texts and emails a rebook link on day 1 and day 2, then marks the deal Abandoned.

4How it went
Unknown. The source shows the build but does not report results.
Only what the source reports. The source did not report numbers.
5Worth knowing
Rebooking ends it. Every reminder workflow starts by removing the contact from Canceled / No Show, so a new booking during the two days stops the rebook messages.
Triggering on both the pipeline stage and the appointment status catches whichever one your team updates. The 'appt booked' tag filter keeps it from firing on contacts who never booked.
In the export the No Show branch reuses the cancel copy ('just confirming your appointment has been canceled'). Rewrite it as a 'sorry we missed you' message before going live.
Design note: the No Show branch has no owner alert on purpose. Only the appointment owner marks a no-show (they are the one waiting), so they already know. A cancel can come from the lead clicking the cancel link, so the Canceled branch alerts the owner.
Texts and email only, no call step. Replies land in Conversations for a person to answer. Pair it with a voice AI confirmation build if you also want calls.
