1What it does
HighLevel's AI Agent action plans and runs multi-step CRM work inside one workflow step. You write the goal, give it up to 10 tools, and it pulls contact, pipeline and calendar context on its own. Ships with templates like Form Lead Follow Up and No Show Appointment Recovery.

- Example from the changelog: qualify a lead and return {"qualified": true, "score": 85} for the workflow to branch on.
4How it went
Official feature release. HighLevel does not publish customer results on the changelog page. A separate creator test (Nathan Pearson) walks through a live-style lead example.
Only what the source reports. The source did not report numbers.
5Worth knowing
- Billed per run: LLM tokens at the chosen model's rate plus premium tool executions (ClickUp, Airtable, Notion).
- GPT-5.2 Low thinking is HighLevel's recommended default.
- Use 'Let AI decide' per tool, and lock fields like the assigned user.
- A later update added a built-in Call Transcript tool and run feedback in Execution Logs.

Written by Builds That Work The source did not publish this. We wrote it as a starting point.
Instructions: "A new lead just submitted the website form. Read their answers and contact record. If they gave a phone number and a service we offer, text them within business hours, ask one qualifying question, and offer two open times from the {{calendar}} calendar. If they are outside our service area, tag 'out-of-area' and stop. Return JSON {qualified: boolean, reason: string}."
