1What it does
Two Make scenarios built for a client. The first takes a content idea from a Google Sheet, has Gemini write the caption and an image prompt, generates the image with Gemini, hosts it on ImgBB, and writes the caption and image link back to the Sheet marked for review. The second picks up approved rows and posts them to Instagram and Facebook.

3How it works
Every step, in order, is in Workflow at a glance, pinned on the right as you scroll.
Flow A: Scenario 1
- 01 Trigger
Scheduled run (the author sets every 15 minutes) that searches the Sheet for one new row.
- 02 Action
Scenario 1: Google Sheets Search Rows. Filter: title (column A) exists and status (column D) is empty, ordered by row number, limit 1, so each idea is processed once.
- 03 AI / action
Gemini (2.5 Pro) Generate a Response writes the caption from the title.
- 04 AI / action
A second Gemini Generate a Response turns the caption into an image prompt written to the client's brand.
- 05 AI / action
Gemini Generate an Image makes the image at the chosen aspect ratio.
- 06 AI / action
ImgBB uploads the image, because Gemini returns a file, not a URL.
- 07 Action
Google Sheets Update a Row writes the caption and image URL and sets status to 'under review' so the client can check it.
Flow B: Scenario 2
- 01 Action
Scenario 2: Search Rows where status = approved, limit 1.
- 02 Action
Router to Facebook Pages (photo post) and Instagram (photo), both mapped to the Sheet's image URL and caption.
- 03 Action
Update a Row sets status to 'published'.
- Trigger
- Scheduled run (the author sets every 15 minutes) that searches the Sheet for one new row.
- AI step
- The caption prompt and the brand image prompt are not read out in the video. The author offers both blueprints through a free template form linked in the video description (leadgenspot.com/automation-blueprint-form), not as a direct download.
4How it went
Presented as a live client project. The client wanted to review each post before it went out, which is why status sits at 'under review' until approved. No results reported.
Only what the source reports. The source did not report numbers.
5Worth knowing
- Splitting create and publish into two scenarios gives the client a review point in the Sheet.
- Gemini's image module returns a file, so you need a host like ImgBB (free API key) before Instagram or Facebook can use it.
- Limit 1 per run plus the empty-status filter is what stops duplicate posts.
6Recipe
Adapted from source Reworded or reconstructed from what the source shows.
Sheet columns: title (A), caption, image_url, status (D). Status flow: blank, then under review (set by scenario 1), then approved (set by the client), then published (set by scenario 2). Scenario 1 runs every 15 minutes and only picks rows with a title and no status. Scenario 2 only picks status = approved. 7Source
